Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. Our team then begins fulfillment, with most orders processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Transit times typically range from 5–10 business days.
Order Shipment
We will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of placing your order, please follow up with us at support@premierwinecoolers.com.
Shipping Rates by Brand
At Premier Wine Coolers, we believe in transparent shipping. Because our partner brands have different freight policies, shipping rates vary by brand:

- Free freight shipping with curbside delivery on orders of $1,700 or more within the continental U.S.
- Orders under $1,700 ship at the following flat rates:

• Orders $0–$799: $99 shipping
• Orders $800–$1,699: $199 shipping - (All shipping rates include secure freight delivery with curbside drop-off.)
- Wine Enthusiast: Ships with a $199 flat-rate freight charge (curbside delivery).
- KingsBottle: Ships with supplier-set flat-rate freight charges (see table below).

Whynter: Ships with flat-rate freight based on unit size:
- $150 → small parcel-sized units
- $330 → mid-size freight units
- $430 → oversized freight units

Note: Shipping rates above apply to curbside delivery within the continental U.S. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us for a custom quote.

Delivery Options
All shipments are delivered via freight carrier and include curbside or threshold delivery by default, depending on the carrier and location.
For customers seeking an elevated experience, we also offer enhanced delivery services where available:
Threshold Delivery
Item is delivered just inside your garage or a covered entryway.
White Glove Delivery (Optional)
Item is delivered into your room of choice, unpacked, and all packaging is removed.
White Glove service is not available for all products or locations. Pricing varies based on your delivery address, the size of the unit, and any special delivery requirements (such as stairs or limited access).

Carrier & Service Details
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days via motor freight curbside delivery. Common carriers (including Uni-Shippers and others) provide curbside service only. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
