Her journey began with hands-on winemaking and wine science in Carlsbad, California—part of the greater San Diego area—where she helped craft award-winning wines grounded in both education and creativity.

Rachel holds a WSET Advanced Level certification, and she believes wine should be approachable, enjoyable, and shared. Her vision for Premier Wine Coolers is rooted in connection — bringing people together, curating the best in wine storage, and fostering a space where wine lovers feel informed, inspired, and confident.

As a proud mom of two, Rachel is building a business that reflects her values: quality, balance, and the joy of hospitality. To her, wine is about more than bottles — it’s about family, service, and creating meaningful moments of togetherness.
